Fireworks in Hemingford 2026

We're back! Bigger, bolder, and ready to light up the sky once again!

After 77 years, Fireworks in Hemingford remains one of the most beloved nights in the community calendar, and this year we're pulling out all the stops.

In partnership with Cambridge Fireworks and in aid of Magpas Air Ambulance (Charity number 1119279), we return to deliver a spectacular pyro-musical display, so expect brilliant colour, dramatic timing, and more than a few goosebump moments.

Alongside the bonfire and the fireworks, there's a traditional funfair, street food from local vendors, and entertainment for all ages.

This year's headline act is Allergy, a three-piece alternative covers band who bring as much firepower to the stage as Cambridge Fireworks bring to the sky. 

Expect singalongs, dancing, and a night you won't forget in a hurry.

Roaming the field throughout the evening, our LED street performers bring a little magic to the mix.

Fireworks in Hemingford is a community event in the truest sense. Every ticket sold helps support a wide range of local charities, groups and businesses,  and none of it would happen without the army of volunteers who give their time to make the night possible.
