🕊 Navigating Conflict in High-Stake Relationships - From Breakdown to Breakthrough
Wed 26 Jun 2024 18:00 - 19:30 CEST
Online, Zoom
Description
🌟From Breakdown to Breakthrough
In close relationships, especially under pressure, it’s all too easy for what we mean to say and what’s understood to get misaligned. This disconnect can lead to misunderstandings and tension with colleagues, friends, or loved ones. But what if you could change that? In this workshop, you’ll explore practical tools to stay grounded in challenging conversations and navigate misunderstandings more smoothly.
💡Why Conflict Resolution Skills Matter
Effective communication is essential in high-stakes relationships to strengthen connections rather than fracture them. Without these skills, small conflicts can escalate, creating lasting rifts. This workshop will help you turn difficult conversations into opportunities for deeper understanding and authentic connection.
🗨️ Learn and Practice Tools for Thriving Relationships
Join us in this interactive, small-group session to explore methods to express honest feelings without increasing tension. You’ll leave with skills you can apply immediately, helping you communicate openly and avoid conflict escalation in all areas of your life.
