Thu 6 Mar 2025 16:00 - 17:30 CET
Online, Zoom
Description
🌟 The Inner Drivers of Systems Change
When driving change in our organizations and communities, we often focus on local and global interdependencies — yet we overlook a crucial dimension: the individual.
This event will explore the inner capabilities that leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers can cultivate to amplify their positive impact on the world.
💡You’ll discover the Inner Development Goals (IDGs)—a framework that bridges personal growth with systemic change. This is often considered a missing link in SDG implementation strategies. IDG framework comes with a practical toolkit that will be useful for change-makers, sustainability managers, facilitators, business leaders and helping specialists in their work.
🗨️ We will offer space for self-reflection and imagination, integrating a symbiosis meditation and imagination activism practice from the Inner Development Goals Toolkit and a yoga-based Inner Child meditation practice into our workshop. We will hold an informative discussion around the IDGs and Q&A to deepen your connection to the topic and explore practical ways to integrate these insights into your own work.
We will explore how societal change unfolds across nested system and the importance of individual inner change:
