Taking and Editing Photos and Videos - Digital Skils Workshop

This classroom style workshop is for people with basic smartphone and tablet skills who want to learn how to take photos and then make some basic edits on their device. We will also look at videos. We aim to help you understand what the features are on your device and you will leave feeling more confident using the camera on your device. (Video and photo files take up a lot of your storage space, compared to text, and next week we will look at various ways to store and retrieve your photos). Our volunteer Alan will be demonstrating on an iPhone, but most features are also available on Androids but may be located in different places and called something different. We plan to have at least one Android volunteer to help.

Doors will open at 9.45 and refreshments will be available. We will start at 10am and finish by 12.30 with a short break at around 11.15. Stephens House and Gardens, 17 East End Road, Finchley, London N3 3QE, is fully accessible and close to bus stops.

This will be very similar to the workshop we ran last year on the same topic, so do come along if you missed it last time.
