Want to learn some handy repair skills? Join us for our Solder On Fixperience Workshop! This workshop is a fun, hands-on way to jump into DIY repairs, cut down on waste, and keep a little extra cash in your pocket.

The workshop is designed for those with little to no prior experience, so don’t worry if you’re new to this.

Each session is small and friendly, with up to six people per workshop. So whether you come solo or with friends, you’re in for a relaxed, supportive environment. With one to two facilitators for each group, you’ll get plenty of one-on-one guidance as you learn the ropes.

We do not make a profit from Fixing Factories - all money raised is reinvested into running our sites, and helping to make repair the norm across the UK.

Solder On: An introduction to soldering for repair

At this workshop you go beyond the basics with an intro to soldering, learning how to splice wires and tackle simple electronics projects. Perfect for anyone looking to level up their DIY skills.
