Repair drop-off

Drop-off your broken household electricals at the Fixing Factory and have them fixed for you by our skilled volunteers.

Got a broken household electrical item? Bring it along to your local Fixing Factory, where skilled local volunteers will try to repair it as part of their learning and development journey.

Thanks to the Camden Climate Fund, there is currently no fee for Repair Drop-Off at Camden Fixing, but booking is still required - and donations are welcome. 

Items can be dropped off on Wednesday evenings. 

Book a slot and we'll be there to collect your item.

Not all items can be fixed, but we're a determined bunch and will let you know if your item is beyond repair. We ask for 4-8 weeks to process your item (dependent on the item). If parts are required we will liaise with you about proceeding with the fix and sourcing these. The cost of any parts would be additional to the repair drop off fee.* (*Purchase of a spare component is a part of repair process, there is still a chance that more faults will be discovered once some functionality is restored using the spare parts.)
