ABCD - Your biggest London festival is now returning with a new look, lots of changes & even better suit & set up.As we listened to your feedback we tried to take everything on board & so far these are the changes we're planning for our next event & working on more changes to make it the best experience ABCD has ever offered.

MY NEXT ABCD PLAN

* Vents in performance hall are now working with 2 new extraction fans to take the heat out.
* AIR-CONDITIONING COMPANY ARE WORKING WITH US & THE SCHOOL TO MAK SURE THE HEAT IS NOT A PROBLEM. Specially in the performance hall. Air-condition units will be installed with extra extraction units outside the school to ensure fresh air from AC.
* booked the whole ground floor so no distractions to us the whole weekend.
* use the canteen for classes too as well as the basket ball court & add elevated stage in basket ball court for the teachers to be seen.
* drama studios will be open together to take one class only
* performance hall elevated stage will be used so teachers can be seen and put only one class there.
* So the total of Classes will be 5 - 6 Classes per hour each class have their own room.
* only one class in dance studio & no more than 2 classes in Basket ball court.

EVENINGS
***********
* Change the whole system of entrance and exit with more crowd flow & a lot more security.
* BACHATA ROOM, remove the wall behind the dj to give us more space so 2 drama studios will join that room for extra 150 people.
* Move Cuban room to Canteen which takes more people & it’s quite cool because it has windows for more ac units
* CUBAN ROOM FOR THE WHOLE WEEKEND.
* Kizomba room in the big dance studio all weekend so kizomba has a full time home.
* Basket ball court for Salsa cause everyone loved my drapes. Which will be put from Friday & higher than last year to cover whole walls.
* Cloakroom will be moved either to corridor where it was 2 years ago or upstairs if school allow me. & make it optional.
* Crowd flow barriers will be back with signage to have a better crowd flow.
* Having the extra space will give us 300 people more space at least.
* Limit numbers of attendees to accommodate less than capacity of the venue.
* Another bar in the Salsa Room to ease the queues of the Main Bar.
* Free water stations and spread them all over the school.
* limit banners & Market place so people have more space to sit down.Any more suggestions welcome.

PLEASE NOTE:*Parking at the school is only available while you're at the event. please make sure you don't leave your cars in the car park overnight we they would be clamped by Camden Council.
* Free parking in Camden is also available literally about 5 mins walk from the school so please look for that when u're not at the event
* Parking at the premiere inn is charged too but you probably get a discount if you're staying there.

RULES Please read up.

* As we are planning 2 bars at ABCD for the whole weekend, no drinks will be allowed & we will increase security at the school to make sure no one bring drinks in their bags. Even performers or teachers or any artists.
* You are allowed to bring your bottle of water however we cannot allow hard bottles of water in (For safety reasons)
* Cloakroom will be optional however if you Brin your jacket into the venue please make sure it’s not thrown on the floor or anywhere to distract the dancers or over any tables (we will show you allocated places in every room)
* Any jackets or bags found carelessly on the floor will be removed & put in the cloakroom until end of the night.Call us for more info & Help on 07907945534.
