Summer Camp Overview

The Camp consists mainly of fencing (Épée, Foil and Sabre) and physical training. We also emphasize technical preparation, and all fencers will have the opportunity to receive individual lessons¹ from experienced fencing masters and participate in structured fencing drills.

Important Information for Participants

• Participants under the age of 18 must travel with a responsible adult (18+), guardian, or parent.
• Accommodation is not included in the camp ticket price. However, we offer rooms for booking directly through us. These are available until July 1st on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Accommodation cancellation policy: Bookings are refundable (minus a cancellation fee) until July 1st. After this date, all accommodation bookings are non-refundable.
• The organizers do not provide shuttle services or other forms of transport. Participants must arrange their own travel to and from the venue.
• Lunch is included as part of the camp; however, participants are responsible for their own breakfast, dinner, and snacks.
• Activities outside official camp hours are self-organized. The organizer is not responsible for these activities and is not required to facilitate or supervise them.
• Participants are expected to be responsible for their own participation and adhere to safety and conduct guidelines during training sessions.

Dietary Considerations

We strive to accommodate dietary needs where possible. However, due to the nature of our meal service and food preparation environment, we cannot guarantee that meals are free from traces of allergens.

We can only guarantee vegetarian options. Participants with severe allergies or medical dietary requirements should be aware that we are unable to ensure full allergen control.

If you have severe allergies or dietary restrictions beyond what we can safely accommodate, we strongly recommend contacting us before registering. If needed, we can arrange for participation without food service included, allowing you to organize your own meals.

We accept all major credit and debit cards upon checkout. If you are unable to pay by card, please contact us in advance to arrange alternative payment options. Please note that alternative payment methods are subject to a handling fee.
