Ticket includes ALL activities. It DOES NOT include food and drinks. 
2yrs Old and under are FREE. 

Participant Waiver & Media Consent

By purchasing a ticket for Flash Fest 2026, I confirm that I am voluntarily taking part in this event and understand that participation in fitness activities carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

I declare that I am physically fit to participate and take full responsibility for my own health and wellbeing during the event. I agree to follow all instructions given by the event organisers, coaches and volunteers and to exercise within my own physical limits. I understand that I may stop participating in any activity at any time if I feel unable to continue safely.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I acknowledge that Flash Fitness UK, its coaches, staff and volunteers are not responsible for injuries, loss or damage arising from the ordinary risks associated with participating in the event. Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

I consent to receiving appropriate first aid and, if necessary, emergency medical treatment during the event.

I also give permission for Flash Fitness UK to photograph and film me during Flash Fest 2026 and to use these images and videos for marketing, promotional and social media purposes without compensation.
