A 3-day festival for women and genderqueer climbers nestled in in beautiful Payahuunadu in the Eastern Sierras! Bishop not only offers world-class bouldering but also provides hundreds of sport climbing routes nearby. We work hard to make the Flash Foxy Climbing Festival a welcoming space for women and genderqueer climbers of all levels to come together and celebrate all that climbing has to offer! This event is open to climbers of all ages and abilities.
We strongly believe in keeping the festival affordable so that folks of all situations who love climbing can attend which is why we have a “pay more if you are willing and able” model. The standard registration cost for the weekend is $180 - but we have also created options for lower cost and higher cost tickets ranging from $100 to $250. Every Pay-it-forward pass sold directly funds Lower-cost tickets for your community!!! Lower-cost passes will be released in limited batches (as funded) on January 1st, February 1st, and March 1st.

Wealth is passed down from generation to generation and usually takes the form of inheritances, land ownership, and/or earning power. We ask that you take into account not only your income but also your wealth when choosing your price point within our sliding scale.
- Early Bird Passes ($160): If you want to take a clinic, and you’re good at planning ahead, this is the ticket option for you!!! The first 75 festival passes sold December 15-31st will include a super sweet perk - early access to clinic registration!!! We’ll send you the clinic registration link 24-hours before everyone else!! PLUS - Early Birds get a discount standard ticket price of only $160. Standard ticket price goes up to $180 on January 1, 2025 (or when Early Bird passes sell out).*Higher cost passes are also available with Early Bird perks for those who are able to support our sliding-scale model. Lower cost passes are not eligible for Early Bird perks.
- Standard Festival Pass ($180): This is the typical cost of a Flash Foxy festival pass. BUY THIS PASS IF: I can pay for basic necessities and some luxury items like a climbing gym membership. I am able to afford or save up for occasional weekend trips and the costs associated with that (rental car, park fees, owning gear, etc).
- Pay-it-forward Pass ($200): Every Pay-it-forward Pass sold helps fund Lower-cost Festival Pass for the community! BUY THIS PASS IF: I can afford regular weekend trips and the costs associated with that (rental car, park fees, owning gear, etc)
- Pay-it-forward x2 Pass ($250): Every Pay-it-forward x2 Pass sold unlocks ONE $100 Lowest-cost Festival Pass for the community <3 BUY THIS PASS IF: I am financially comfortable and able to help support scholarships for future course participants
- Lower-cost Pass ($100): There is LIMITED numb er of Lower-cost Festival Passes. Lower-cost passes are directly funded by Pay-it-Forward Passes. Lower-cost passes will be released in limited batches (amount tbd) on the following dates: 1/1/2026, 2/1/2026, 3/1/2026. BUY THIS PASS IF: I can pay for basic necessities, but I do not have extra income for things like a climbing gym membership.
Your Festival Pass includes:
- FRIDAY: Climber Coffee, Opening Party, Happy Hour, Arts & Crafts, Welcome Presentation, Evening Program, DJ Dance Party
- SATURDAY: Breakfast, Morning Workshops, Climbing Demos, Arts & Crafts, Meetups, Dinner, Happy Hour, Panel Discussion, Evening Program
- SUNDAY: Breakfast, Morning Workshop, Stewardship Project, Community Slideshow Presentation

Your Festival Pass does NOT include:
- Clinics: $125 per clinic. Registration is open only to festival ticket holders. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers for clinics. More info here.

- Climbing Equipment Rental: Shoe + harness demos will be available from our sponsors, however access to demos is not guaranteed. All participants are responsible for their own climbing equipment. Check out the local gear shops, Sage to Summit and Eastside Sports, for gear purchases/rentals and guidebooks!
- Transportation: All festival ticket holders will receive a link to a ride-share spreadsheet to help coordinate transportation. This link can be found in the festival linktree (it’s in your Eventbrite confirmation email, save it!!). Participants are responsible for their own transportation to/from the festival and to/from venues throughout the weekend. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance (less than 1 mile) from the festival venue. Camping, hotels, and hostels are available within walking distance from the festival venue. Access to a vehicle is necessary for getting to climbing areas independently. We highly encourage festival participants to carpool!
- Refunds: This event is rain or shine. We cannot guarantee weather conditions, crag conditions or any other element of climbing, road or trail access. There are NO REFUNDS for this event.
