Join fellow Amici in Manchester for a wonderful afternoon of lunch and theatre, including the acclaimed musical Hadestown at The Lowry.
We’ll begin with an early lunch together at Pier Eight, The Lowry’s contemporary British restaurant overlooking Salford Quays and the Manchester Ship Canal – a lovely opportunity to meet fellow Amici and enjoy some time together before the performance.
After lunch, we’ll make our way to the theatre for Hadestown, the award-winning musical inspired by the ancient Greek myths of Orpheus and Eurydice and Hades and Persephone.
Blending folk, jazz and blues with spectacular staging and powerful storytelling, Hadestown has become one of the most celebrated musicals of recent years. At its heart is a story of love, hope and the lengths we’ll go to for the people we love.
A lovely Amici day out combining great food, wonderful theatre and good company in the heart of Salford Quays.
