Terms and Conditions

Event Organisers:   For the events taking place at Control Room A, London (only), such events are being organised by Flavour&Some Limited and Spaces & Stories Limited (we, us).

Tickets:  Each ticket to the event includes a tasting menu with 4 alcoholic or non-alcoholic parings and an integrated immersive, fully sensory experience.

You must produce a valid ticket to gain entry to any event. Right of admission is reserved. There are no re-admissions once you have left the premises.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets and inform your ticket agent immediately of any inaccuracies as mistakes cannot be rectified by the premises.

Age restriction:  All events at the premises are for ages 18+ only. It is your responsibility to check before purchasing tickets that you can comply with the age restriction. You must be able to provide photo ID of identity and age (we only accept valid passports, foreign national ID cards, driving licences or Home Office approved PASS cards as identification and/or proof of age). We reserve the right to refuse entry, without refund, to any person who is unable to provide photo ID.

Menu: The tasting menu for this event is a set tasting menu, we are unable to make alterations based on personal preferences.

Dietary Requirements:  We take dietary requirements very seriously and endeavour to cater for all guests needs. This information will be asked for at the time of booking and it is your responsibility to inform us of all allergies and requests. We cannot guarantee to fulfil dietary requirements submitted less than 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled performance time.

Nuts & Gluten:  The menu for this event will contain nuts and gluten, however, nut free and gluten free menus are available. Please be aware that whilst we endeavour to ensure best working practices, cross contamination may still occur.

Alcohol:  Tickets for this event include alcoholic drink pairings. These can be exchanged for non-alcoholic options which should be requested at the time of booking. The premises operates a Challenge 25 policy, you may be asked for proof of age, please bring a valid photo ID.

Smoking:  Smoking (including the use of e-cigarette) is not permitted within the premises. Guests wishing to smoke are asked to wait until they have left the venue at the end of the performance as re-admission will not be permitted. Any person in breach of this term will be ejected from the premises without a refund.

Cancellation:  If the event is cancelled or materially altered by us, we will first try to offer you the option to attend an alternative event (subject to availability). If we are unable to offer you an alternative event or you are unable to attend the alternative event offered by us, we will refund you (via your original point of purchase) the full face value of the ticket price only. We are unable to refund booking & transaction fees.

Personal Cancellation:  Is not permitted, all ticket sales are final. We are unable to offer a refund in the event that you are unable to attend the event for any reason.

Blindfolds:  Please be aware that audience members will be invited to wear a blindfold for some of this performance.

Admission & Personal Property:  Admission is at your own risk. We and any of our affiliates will not be held liable to you for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or loss to property.

Seating:  The seating plan for the event is prearranged. You may be seated at a table with guests who are not on your booking. Please let us know if some of your party is on a different booking and we will do our best to seat you together where possible.

Latecomers:  May not be permitted entry or may only be admitted to the premises during a suitable break in the performance. You are responsible for ensuring that you arrive at the premises in good time for the event. Refunds will not be given for ticket holders who arrive late.
