A 'horrible histories' for all ages, Kemp's Jig is a romp through Elizabethan England as told through the eyes of Shakespeare's forgotten clown as he Morris dances the 125 miles from London to Norwich in a bizarre publicity stunt.

This skip through the streets of Elizabethan England includes some Shakespeare quotes, some Morris Dancing and a stuffed dog; And it wouldn't be a decent day out without a hanging for good measure, would it?! Join us for the show that led the way for "Shakespeare in Love" and "Upstart Crow"!

“captivating from the very first line...wildly entertaining”. Mumble Theatre Press (2019)

“a historical treat” - Fringe Review (2019)
