FLINTA (Female, Lesbian, Intersexual, Non-Binary, Transsexual, Agender) Supperclub in cooperation with Enamor Kitchen brings you this monthly dinner event with rotating FLINTA chefs showcasing their heritage, culture and cuisine. This is a perfect place to meet like minded people who come as strangers and end up as friends.

Teh Tarik Ais: Pulled ice tea with condensed milk

Otak-Otak:  Fish mousse (or silken tofu) delicately baked in fragrant banana leaves, infused with aromatic Malaysian spices.

Starters

Potato Murtabak:  Crisp, golden layers of spiced potato served with tangy pickled onions and a velvety lentil curry sauce

Main

A choice of Chicken or Mushroom Rendang

Slow-cooked in a rich, aromatic blend of coconut, lemongrass and Malaysian spices, served with fragrant coconut rice and sambal.

Sides:

Lodeh, vegetable stew with tumeric

Jelatah, sweet & tangy cucumber, pineappl

Dessert

Refreshing sago & honeydew served with coconut cream and palm sugar
