The Seed Your Future movement was created to address the labor shortage in the horticulture industry and associated supply chains. A strong future for the horticulture industry, which will increasingly be called upon to help solve complex environmental and mental health challenges, requires a strong plan for developing future talent. Seed Your Future’s approach to cultivating and diversifying the labor pipeline for horticulturists will be presented and how individuals and groups can play a role in seeding the future for our industry.
