The Florida Keys History and Discovery Foundation is excited to announce tickets are available for the fall lecture series, “Smuggling in the Florida Keys,” as part of our annual season of thirteen lectures each year.
Enjoy first-hand accounts about Smuggling in the Florida Keys featuring some of those who lived through these trying times, telling it like it was...as it did happen here in the Florida Keys. FKHDC brings you these historic moments in our history, sharing true stories from those involved.
Each of the four (now 5) lectures start at 6:00 pm featuring guests from both sides of the law, the state prosecutor, and several book writers that encapsulated the stories of the trials and tribulations. Doors open at 5:00 pm with light appetizers and cash bar.
