Rosario 2026 Retreat

With inspiring teaching and lively table discussions, this weekend promises not just a message to hear, but a conversation to enter.

OUR SPEAKER: 

Pastor Jordan Stephan serves at the North Cascade Seventh-day Adventist Church and is passionate about helping people engage Scripture in practical, life-giving ways. His warm, conversational teaching style creates space for authentic discussion, thoughtful reflection, and genuine community.

OUR WEEKEND SCHEDULE:

Check in starts at 4pm on Friday. Dinner starts at 5:30, and the first interactive gathering starts at 6:30.

Sabbath will have 2 interactive gatherings, lots of free time, smores and bon fire on the beach (weather permitting), and much more. 

Sunday we will have a nice breakfast, gathering time and check out of our cabins by 11am.

PRICES:

Full weekend includes cabin, 5 meals and all activities.  Early bird rate $195 before July 31. ($215 regular admission.)

Non-Lodging includes Sabbath lunch and dinner meals and all activities. Early Bird rate $80 before July 31st. ($95 regular admission.) Additional meals can be purchased for $12 each. 

WHAT TO BRING:

Rosario has summer camp style of cabins. All cabins (except dorm rooms) have a kitchen and cooking supplies. Each person will need to bring their own bedding and linen. This is Washington, so be prepared for anything from rain to sun, temperatures vary, so be prepared. Casual Sabbath attire (dresses optional) for church, and very casual for the rest of the weekend.  

MENU:

All meals will be vegetarian and vegan. Please let us know if you need GF, Dairy Free, Egg free, or nut free options, and any other dietary restrictions that cause an allergic reaction. Each cabin has a small kitchen in case you need to bring additional food for yourself.  

Non-lodging registration includes Sabbath lunch and dinner, but additional meals can be pre-purchased when you register. Label which meal you will be purchasing for an additional $12 per meal.

NEAREST AIRPORTS: If flying into an airport, plan to rent a car as we do not have transportation from airports.  

Bellingham International Airport is 47 miles from Rosario

Everett (Paine Field) airport (Only flies Alaska Airlines) is 63 miles from Rosario

SeaTac airport is 99 miles from Rosario

NEAREST LODGING: If you choose not to stay in a cabin at Rosario, do a search for the type of lodging you prefer using the parameters "Deception Pass State Park". There are opportunities for camping, hotels, AirBNB, and VRBO all close by.  (Make sure it is not Rosario on Orcas Island.)

EXTRA PURCHASE SEA KAYAKING - Kayaking is available on Sunday. Register for the 11:30 tour, and the tour will be from 12-1:30. We start at Bowman Bay, within walking distance from Rosario. A Discovery Pass is needed if you choose to drive and park at Bowman Bay. Prices are $39-$49 and you must purchase them yourselves. REFUND:  A 75% refund will be given until July 31st.  After that, no refund will be given as payment has already been made to Rosario. Tickets can be transferred any time.  After Sept 11 , tickets can only be transferred to same gender person since cabin arrangement is already in process.
