FlowJam Festival Presents, Wonder Weekend, for the creative soul seeking a different kind July 4th celebration.

This is a curated micro-festival immersion with intentionally limited-capacity for a conscious weekend filled with soul shack'n live music (you know we bring the best), immersive wellness experiences (think sauna, ice baths, cacao, music & movement), a fresh water pond to float and swim in, campfires filled with conversations, and a community of like-minded people who actually want to be present and do something different for the 4th of July.

🌿 Sacred Smoke of the Southeast, With Hope:

For generations, many of us have reached for white sage, palo santo, or copal without knowing the histories, cultural contexts, or ecological impacts behind these beloved plants. What if, instead, we began by getting to know the plants growing all around us?

In this workshop, we’ll explore the rich traditions of smoke and plant relationships rooted in the Southeastern landscape. Together we’ll learn about aromatic plants that have long been used by different traditions, discover their histories and traditional uses, and practice harvesting with gratitude and care.

We’ll finish by creating our own botanical bundles using abundant local plants—an invitation to build rituals that are rooted in relationship, reciprocity, and the land beneath our feet.

🧘 Flow State With Gabriela

Flow State is a 90 minute collaborative healing experience designed to reconnect participants with creativity, embodiment, and community through a blend of meditation, yoga inspired movements, and collective artistic expression. In this cocreated space, we will explore emotional release, play, self-expression, and human connection in a way that feels grounded and accessible to all art and yoga experience levels. We will begin with meditation and guided visualization, followed by time for creative activation and a nature inspired yoga flow with space for intuitive creation on a shared canvas. We will close with time for rest and community reflection.

Infused with poetry from her self-published collections entitled Collecting Feathers, Landing hOMe, and Sacred Details, Tara will take you on a journey back to a sacred place of remembering. So very often we seek externally for the answers that already lie within. Allow yourself to receive the knowing that every experience and every moment, both remembered and forgotten, is here to inform you of in this loving embrace. We will tap into that intuitive sense of knowing; how and when to move and when to be still. Allow yourself to reconnect to that sacred animal within and the poetry that is your practice, ultimately reminding us how to simply be free both on and off of the yoga mat as we continue to author the most epic novel of all; our life.

**The space is intimate on purpose, and we expect spots to sell out. When spots are gone, they're gone. So, don't hesitate - especially on the accommodations!

PARKING INFORMATION:

- There is a gravel parking lot you will park your vehicle onsite in. Parking is included in your purchase. There is no driving on the grass to your lodging. If you need assistance bringing gear to your lodging space, the staff and our volunteers will help you.

- BYOT Camping: You can have an above ground fire pit. There is no driving to the campsite. You must park your vehicle first.

Your days will include community, soaking in a fresh spring fed pond, walks in nature, movement classes, cacao ceremonies, sunset moments, AC amenities, Sauna, fresh water pond and live music. There's trails in the woods with magic & whimsy at every corner (& hammocks!)
