Welcome, we're glad you landed here. We're back with our 2nd event at Wunderland Resort. This time, we're here for the colors of Fall for an intimate 2-day adventure + mysterious immersive dinner experience. Unlike anything we've ever done before!  

FlowJam Festival Presents: Homecoming Harvest 

A two-day experience for creative leaders ready to celebrate what they've built, reconnect with themselves, and gather with people who love a little adventure, mystery, and the unexpected.

The centerpiece?

A lavish three-course dinner prepared by all-star chef Mike Ptaszek, founder of Pasta & Prana. Paired with All the Pretty Flowers table scape set for fall. 

But dinner comes with a twist.

Somewhere between the first course and dessert, a mystery will unfold at the table. You'll have clues to uncover, secrets to unravel, and a case to solve with your team before the night is over.

Because not everyone at the table is who they seem...

Muahaha.

Beyond dinner, the weekend includes two days of movement, immersive wellness experiences, sauna, ice baths, yoga, sound healing, and a guided hike through the National Forest.

It's intentionally intimate, capped at just 30 people, so you can actually connect with the people around you instead of disappearing into a crowd.

Optional accommodations are available to add after booking for Friday, November 13 and/or Sunday, November 15.

What to expect? And what's included...(Schedule will be announced closer to the event date)

- Welcome ceremony starting aprox 3pm November 14th hosted by our sponsors
- Hike in the National Forest that boarders the Property November 14th
- Live music & community + Sauna & Cold Plunge Nov 14-15th
- 3-Course Dinner prepared by expert chef with butler service, paired with a themed mocktail November 14th 
- Morning movement class and sound healing to re-set your nervous system before leaving November 15th
- Camping and accommodations included depending on your ticket purchase November 14th *Option to add Friday and/or Sunday to your ticket by emailing flowjamuniversalarts@gmail.com 
- Accommodations are first come first served & will be assigned at booking (Single, Double & Triple room accommodations available)
10 BYOT camping spots and 2 RV parking spots
- Parking is included in your ticket
- Option to choose Dinner & Mystery option if you can't attend the 2-day experience, and do not plan on staying overnight or enjoying Sunday's activities & amenities 
- Option to choose BYOT camping option if you prefer to stay in your own tent onsite

AC/ Heated Bathrooms with heated showers available onsite for everyone in attendance. Onsite Fridge available for use & kitchen for those who need it. 

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS: 

Accommodations are first come first served. Meaning, when you book a Single, Double or Triple accommodations, you will be assigned the best glamping pod available at the time of booking. To ensure you and your partner/friends get the space you want together, book at the same time or choose 2 tickets for double booking or 3 tickets for triple at time of booking. Book early to get your choose of accommodations.

- Attend both days & the mystery dinner Saturday Nov 14th

Single Accommodations include:

- Fire Element - 1 King Bed
- Spirit Pod - 1 King Bed + 1 queen mattress if sharing
- Creator Cabin *Must book entire cabin includes 3 tickets, sleeps 4

Double Accommodations include:

- Air pod - 1 King Bed & 1 queen air mattress
- Spirit Pod - 1 King Bed & 1 queen air mattress
- Earth pod - 1 King Bed & double loft bed
- Fire Element - 1 King Bed
- Yogi Villa - 1 King Bed *Must book entire villa
- Creator Cabin *Must book entire cabin includes 3 tickets, sleeps 4

Triple Accommodations include: 

- Air pod - 1 King bed & 1 queen air mattress
- Earth Pod - 1 King Bed and 1 double loft bed 
- Spirit Pod - 1 King Bed + 1 queen air mattress
- Creator Cabin *Must book entire cabin includes 3 tickets, sleeps 4
- Bishop House *Must book entire house includes 3 tickets, sleeps 8 

*should you have someone wanting to share your accommodations after booking, email us asap at flowjamuniversalarts@gmail.com so that we can accommodate by either giving the triple or double rate, or if it's the Creator Cabin, Yogi Villa or Bishop House, they will just need to purchase a day pass ticket option. 

What's not included: 

- Accommodations on November 13th or 15th *which can be arranged by emailing us at flowjamuniversalarts@gmail.com at the time of booking
- Accommodations or camping for day pass holders
- Alcoholic beverages
- Any excursions or experiences not stated on the itinerary 
- Food outside of the 3-course dinner November 14th 
- BYO Food & Drink for anything outside our planned dinner, fridge and kitchen available for use and the town of Old, Fort is very close should you need to pick up anything on your way in

Friday, November 13th

Option to add on this day. Many will be staying onsite Friday. Please email us upon booking to reserve your accommodations on this day. Subject to availability at time of booking. 

Saturday, November 14th

- Check-in to the property at 1pm 
- Check-in to accommodations at 3pm 
- National Forest Hike led by Shawn, founder & Creator of Wunderlust Resort 3:30pm
- Sauna & Cold Plunge open 1-8pm 
- Live Music 5-7pm 
- Dinner starts 6pm 
- Mystery breaks out 8pm ish

Sunday, November 15th

- Morning movement class & closing ceremony 10am
- Check-out of accommodations 11am
- Enjoy the amenities onsite 2pm 
- Leave by 2:30pm

**The space is intimate on purpose, and we expect spots to sell out. When spots are gone, they're gone. So, don't hesitate - especially on the accommodations!

PARKING INFORMATION:

- There is a gravel parking lot you will park your vehicle onsite in. Parking is included in your purchase. There is no driving on the grass to your lodging. If you need assistance bringing gear to your lodging space, the staff and our volunteers will help you.

- BYOT Camping: There is no driving to the campsite unless you are an RV camper. You must park your vehicle first & then set up camp. There will be an ATV onsite to help with your gear. 

Your day will include community hike, morning movement class, 3-course dinner prepared by an all star chef (vegetarian & meat option available), Single, Double or Triple accommodations depending on time of booking. AC amenities, Sauna, fresh water pond and live music. The property boarders Curtis Creek National Forest, and there is magic & whimsy at every corner (& hammocks!)
