A Constant State Of Flux:
How to Successfully Lead In Change

Join Flux for the first in-person event of our brand new series: Modern Day Lead[her]ship

This first event aligns to our 'Lead' track, where we will delve into the important topic of Mastering Change.

Dealing with stressful, ambiguous and exhausting change usually isn't listed in the job description, but it becomes an inevitable part of being a leader in complex organisations - and it's been an especially prominent part of leadership in the last few years.

Flux is bringing Women Leaders in UX & Design together for an evening in London to learn from one another, connect over this shared experience and meet new peers in a beautiful setting over some delicious food and drinks.

We're hosting our event in the beautiful Mortimer House, which is set in a seven-storey Art Deco building in the heart of London's Fitzrovia district.

AGENDA

6pm
|  Sparkling wine / non-alcoholic cocktail reception while you mingle
6.30pm
| Opening keynote on 'Leading in the Constant State of Flux' by Danielle MacDonald, Research Leader at Google & Flux Co-Founder
6.45pm
| Panel discussion: 'How To Master Change as a Leader' - panellists listed below
7.30pm
| Open discussion & audience questions
8pm

We'll discuss topics such as:

  • How to prepare and support your teams through unpredictable times
  • What building resilience as a leader looks like when change directly affects your role
  • The leadership strategies for managing change across UX and Design
