Flux Convergence 2026
Exclusively Made For Women Leaders in UX & Design
Flux Convergence is back for its 3rd year!
On Thursday, October 1st, we invite you to join us at London's iconic venue, The Barbican, to spend a day with fellow Leaders in UX & Design.
At Flux Convergence, you will hear directly from peers, learning how they are navigating a variety of content related to the craft, leadership and areas of personal development that impact everything else in life. From scaling AI to building resilience as a leader, we'll cover a range of topics that are exclusively relevant to women in UX & Design Leadership.
Flux Convergence is open to members and non-members, but please ensure to check the attendance criteria below before purchasing a ticket. For 2026, we have also opened a small amount of Agency Leader tickets.
If you'd like to find out more about what to expect on the day, you can watch the 2024 & 2025 recap videos at the bottom of our event page here.

We are very grateful to UserTesting, who are sponsoring us for the third year in a row & have supported us hugely since we launched! UserTesting was the origin of Flux and we're so happy to still have them by our side as we build Flux, as it wouldn't be what it is today if it wasn't for the support we get from UserTesting.
