MEX Guideline

Thank you for joining us at MEX! To make sure everything runs smoothly, please review the following guidelines carefully.

CHECK-IN 

Starting at 11:00AM at the Fm Entertainment Merchandise Table

• You must have a ticket to enter MEX that must be purchased separately here: https://www.eventmanager-online.com/de/event/mex-2025/if

• Please show up at least 30-60 minutes prior to the start of the meet and greet. 

• If you arrive after 12:30PM We cannot guarantee you will be able to participate. So please be on time!

• No Refunds will be made if you missed the event.

During check-in, you will receive:

• Meet & Greet wristband

• Album for fansign

• Selfie / Polaroid  tickets if purchased

Once checked in, attendees will be on standby until the event begins.

TICKETS

- Please order tickets ahead of time. Stock is very limited. On-site purchase may not be available.

On-site Purchases: Payment via Card/Apple Pay/Android Pay is preferred. Cash is also acceptable.

TICKET TYPES

FANSIGN & PHOTO TIME

• Staff will let attendees know where to line up prior to entering the event site.

• Attendees will have time to chat with the artist(s) 1:1 and receive a sign to their name.

• Attendees may only have one (1) item, Depending on ticket your item may differ

After the fansign:

• Photo time will follow your session. Choose your preferred pose from the selection of poses and take a selfie with your selected artist(s).
  For those who purchased Polaroid tickets, the staff will use a Polaroid camera to take a photo of your selected pose for you.

• Once your photo is taken, staff will then escort you out of the meet and greet area.

GUIDELINES

• Recording Devices: Photography and video recordings are not permitted during the meet and greet. CAMERA/RECORDING DEVICES WILL BE CONFISCATED. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event

• Refrain from photos and videos while you are in line.

• Please refrain from using any photo apps to take the selfie during your selfie slot.

• Guests: Only the ticket holders may enter the meet and greet area. Minors under 14 may be accompanied by one guardian.

• Behavior: Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior, such as shouting, excessive personal remarks, or physical contact with the artist or staff, will result in immediate removal.

• Note: This is a meet and greet event. Performances by any artists are not included in this portion at MEX.
