🌟 Registrations are now open for the 2nd edition of the Support and Wellbeing Program for people living with FND. 🌟

You’re warmly invited to take part in a supportive, nurturing space designed specifically for adults living with FND — a place to connect with others, receive professional guidance and learn practical mind–body techniques (from different approaches such as  mindfulness, CBT, Polyvagal Theory, etc.) to support your nervous system and strengthen your overall well-being.

Note: Each group is limited to 10 participants. If the current cohort is full, please email me and I will add you to the waiting list for the next group.

💡 WHAT’S INCLUDED

WEEKLY GROUP SESSIONS
• Duration: 45 minutes
• Schedule: Every Thursday at 3:30pm (UK Time) via Zoom
• Format: “Drop-in” — join whenever you are able to

What to Expect:
Each group session offers a supportive and practical space where we will:

  • Begin with a round of introductions guided by a grounding exercise.
  • Explore and practice techniques designed to help manage FND symptoms.
  • Discover tools to independently regulate your nervous system and enjoy the quality of life you deserve.
  • Share experiences and learn from others in the group.

MONTHLY INDIVIDUAL SESSION (OPTIONAL)
• Duration: 50 minutes
• 1:1 tailored support
• You will receive a booking link upon reservation

What to Expect:
These sessions are a space just for you, fully personalised to your needs and goals. You can:

  • Focus on any challenge or area you’d like support with.
  • Explore specific goals you want to work toward.
  • Receive tailored guidance and practices designed uniquely for you.

These will be the times available for 1:1 sessions during the three months: 

WHATSAPP SUPPORT GROUP
Private chat where participants can exchange experiences, resources and mutual encouragement throughout the 3 months

MOTIVATION & PRACTICAL EXERCISES
Short messages sent via WhatsApp to help you stay grounded, inspired and connected
(e.g. nervous system practice, motivational phrase, short audio/video, etc.)
