- If the event has to be postponed then it will be moved to another date and your tickets will remain valid, alternatively you can have a refund.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel part of or all of the event(s) due to circumstances beyond their control amounting to Force Majeure. You will have an option for a refund.
- No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets
- Adults will remain responsible for their children at all times. Please remember that the event is busy and takes place on a dark field and children require supervision whilst on the premises and when entering and leaving the site. Children cannot be left unattended.
- Organisers of the event (FoAKS) reserve the right to refuse admission or remove persons from the event for any reason. Health and safety, environmental and security are all issues which are taken into account when making these decisions. No refunds are offered when persons are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances.
- In order to prevent fraud and to protect everyone involved in the transaction, you may be asked to provide additional information after your booking so that we can verify your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel it is fraudulent and in order to process checks.
- You must bring your own torch or means of illumination when walking and take care of any surfaces that may become slippy or wet. Please wear sensible shoes.

We do not accept any responsibility for cars, the contents or any damage. If you cause damage to the venue’s property you will be liable for those damages.

By purchasing tickets you agree to this explicitly. Purchasing an entry ticket does not give guarantee of any particular aspect of the performance, including the firework display, fair, food, drink and anything else advertised. Aspects can change at anytime without notice.
- Please look after your belongings whilst on site, we will do our best to relocate lost property but hold no liability for anything lost whilst at the event.
- Timings are subject to change on the evening.
