The not so 'oohs and aahs' (but important!) Terms and Conditions:
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or returned, by ordering, you accept this condition.
- If the event is cancelled, purchasers will receive a refund of the ticket price and any compulsory event fees. If it is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the replacement date, but purchasers may instead request a refund by the stated deadline.
- Advertised performers, traders, attractions and timings may change. A change that does not materially alter the overall event will not normally entitle the purchaser to a refund. If a material change occurs, including cancellation of the principal fireworks display, FoAKS will explain the available refund or alternative arrangements.
- No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets
- Adults will remain responsible for their children at all times. Please remember that the event is busy and takes place on a dark field and children require supervision whilst on the premises and when entering and leaving the site. Children cannot be left unattended.
- Organisers of the event (FoAKS) reserve the right to refuse admission or remove persons from the event under reasonable grounds. Health and safety, environmental and security are all issues which are taken into account when making these decisions. No refunds are offered when persons are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances.
- In order to prevent fraud and to protect everyone involved in the transaction, you may be asked to provide additional information after your booking so that we can verify your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel it is fraudulent and in order to process checks.
- You must bring your own torch or means of illumination when walking and take care of any surfaces that may become slippery or wet. Please wear sensible shoes.
- On-site car parking is £2 per car and a separate ticket MUST be purchased, in advance, along with your fireworks entry tickets. This gives you easy access to the site with no walking across un-lit roads but please note this is typically a green field. Lighting is impossible across the whole site and we remind you to take care in driving, especially as there are children around. Cars are parked and left on site entirely at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for cars, the contents or any damage. If you cause damage to the venue’s property you will be liable for those damages.
- No drones are permitted on site. No alcohol, personal sparklers or fireworks are permitted on site. We reserve the right to remove people from site who have any of these items without any refund.
- Please note that events of a technical nature sometimes do not always deliver every aspect advertised – we make no promise or expectation and any missing elements will not result in any liability of refund or recourse. By purchasing tickets you agree to this explicitly. Purchasing an entry ticket does not give guarantee of any particular aspect of the performance, including the firework display, fair, food, drink and anything else advertised.
- Please look after your belongings whilst on site, we will do our best to relocate lost property but hold no liability for anything lost whilst at the event.
- Timings are subject to change on the evening.
- By completing a ticket purchase, the purchaser agrees to these terms. All attendees must also comply with reasonable safety and site instructions communicated before or during the event. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects a consumer’s mandatory legal rights.
