We are so excited to announce the return of our famous Santa’s Grotto and interactive Christmas Experience! Our team of elves have been working extra-hard again this year to bring you an even more new magical experience for the whole family to enjoy.

As you arrive in your family group you will be welcomed through to our brand-new Santa's Experience area by one of our super-friendly Elves. New this year Mrs Claus will also welcome you before you meet the Big Man in Red.

As well as including our always popular time dedicated for the children to write out their letters to Santa, and "Santa's Sorting Office" (for the children to collect their gifts after their visit in Fobbing Farm Shop if you make the good list ). This year we will also have some amazing extra elements including Santas sleigh & Reindeer with additional activities such as making Reindeer food for you and the family to help you get in to the Festive spirit.

All ticket holders will have individual family time with Father Christmas himself and there will be ample opportunities to capture the perfect famly festive photo either on your own camera or as a chargeable extra by one of our helpful elves. 

Each and every paying child will receive a gift from Santa for making it on to the "Good" list! :-) 

Please note we do not charge for adults when they are accompanied with children, however ALL children under-18 are chargeable, pets are also welcome free of charge too!   

The North Pole Fair activities- Hook the Duck & Elf Tin can ally are chargeable as is the use of the Santa’s Sleigh for Photos . ( Best Sleigh in the world almost ) please purchase tokens from the welcome desk upon arrival to use these activities.
