We are so excited to announce the return of our famous SEN Santa’s Grotto and interactive Christmas Experience! Our team of elves have been working extra-hard again this year to bring you an even more new magical experience for the whole family to enjoy.

As you arrive in your family group you will be welcomed through to our brand-new Santa's Grotto area by one of our super-friendly Elves. New this year Mrs Claus will also welcome you before you meet the Big Man in Red, to decorate some of her freshly baked delights.

As well as including our always popular "North Pole Post Office", for the children to write out their letters to Santa, and "Santa's Sorting Office" (for the children to collect their gifts after their visit). This year we will also have some amazing extra elements including an interactive sleigh-ride with additional activities such as making Reindeer food for you and the family to help you get in to the Festive spirit.

All ticket holders will have individual family time frame between an hour period with Father Christmas himself and there will be ample opportunities to capture the perfect famly festive photo either on your own camera or as a chargeable extra by one of our helpful elves.

Each and every paying child will receive a gift from Santa for making it on to the "Good" list! :-)

Please note we do not charge for adults when they are accompanied with children, however ALL children under-18 are chargeable, pets are also welcome free of charge too! Also the hour slot will be sold to multiple families but all children will get plenty of time with Santa.
