Jenny Chandler: The Capsule Kitchen

Jenny Chandler will be sharing her latest book, The Capsule Kitchen: 12 Core Ingredients, Endless Combinations.

Jenny’s culinary career has taken her from cheffing on Italian sailing boats to running a cookery school and catering company, as well as working as a food writer and campaigning with the UN’s FAO on the importance of pulses in the modern diet. She is an ambassador for the Soil Association and works with chefs across the food sector to get more plants on our plates.
