= Get a grip on focus by understanding how the brains work =

In this training session you will discover how the brains deal with attention and concentration and which routines you can use to make optimal use of them. The effect is that you structurally will get more done and experience less stress.

If you are able to manage your own focus, it has a positive effect on your productivity, stress and (work)happiness.

* All participants receive their own Focus Box
* You will draft your own personal Focus plan
* Every participant has access to personal Tiny Habits coaching
* Four one-hour blocks are spread over two afternoons, with an hour break in between.

Day 1 - Thursday April 22

Block 1 (13.00 till 14.00 hours) Foundation: the Focus Model

  • How distractions affect our brain capacity
  • Which 4 concentration leaks exist
  • Which techniques to use, to plug the concentration leaks


Block 2 (15.00 till 16.00 hours) How to increase your resilience

  • Alternatives to coffee & deadines
  • The Flowcurve – how to work, to spend most time in flow
  • Routines for a healthy work-life balance


Day 2 - Friday April 23

Block 3 (13.00 till 14.00 hours) The impact of internal and external distractions

  • Getting a grip and stop your head from spinning and looping thoughts
  • How to be focussed when working remotely from home or in a busy open office
  • The choice between productivity or accessibility


Block 4 (15.00 till 16.00 hours) From inspiration to integration

  • Drafting a Focus Plan
  • The Tiny Habits model for behavioral change
  • Introduction to the Focus Habits coaching


By combining insight and understanding of the brain with practical tools, the participant is fully equipped to learn positive behavioral change.

Personal coaching is included free of charge, if desired by the participant.

Tiny Habits™ Coaching

By helping participants with the implementation after the course, the long-term effect is drastically increased. Oscar de Bos, certified Tiny Habits™ coach, guides the participant through the implementation of the new habits. The coaching goes according to the method of B.J.Fogg (Tiny Habits™), is completely free of obligations and can be terminated at any time.

By asking specific questions by mail, the participant materializes the new habit(s). The coaching ends with a video call to complete the personal feedback.
