FŌDA is a two-day festival taking place at Arnolfini and along the quay on 26–27 September 2026.

Saturday 26 September, 9am–6pm: The Symposium (ticketed)
FŌDA explores big issues in food—from health to regenerative farming—across four themed panels: Land, Sea, Air, and Forest.

Speakers include Disco Scallops, Mitch Tonks, Car-ymor Seaweed, Wildings Cider, Yeo Valley, Anjula Devi (author and consultant chef, Manchester United), Fadi Kattan (Franco-Palestinian chef, author and hotelier), and Melanie Vaxevanakis (founder, The MAZI Project), with more to be announced.

Talks are chaired by Roger Saul, Xanthe Clay and Josh Eggleton.

Symposium Tickets are £55 + booking fee.
Your ticket includes access to all talks, plus breakfast by Yeo Valley and lunch prepared by The Pony and BaxterStorey, using local produce from Yeo Valley.

Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September, 10am–4pm
The outdoor producer market outside Arnolfini is free to attend.
