Food Karma Projects – the producers of Pig Island NYC and Brisket King NYC – are bringing you the ultimate Memorial Day barbecue and picnic. Join us on Saturday, May 29th for an all inclusive food and drink experience with live music, barbecue, vegetarian dishes, grilled cheese, hot sauce and plenty of drinks. All inclusive tickets are on sale now.
This farm-to-chef culinary event will feature top chefs and pitmasters from across the country, bringing 5 Boro PicNYC to the next level. Sample and purchase sauces from Sauce King NYC 2020 winners then quench your thirst with samples of signature cocktails, spirts, craft beer, hard cider, spiked seltzer and wine. It’s all happening at the historical Snug Harbor Cultural Center in Staten Island. Ride the ferry to flavor and kick off summer at this all-inclusive Memorial Day weekend festival featuring killer barbecue and great vegetarian dishes.
Sauce King NYC Makers Showcase featuring winning hot sauces and barbecue concoctions from Sauce King NYC 2020 to sample and purchase.
Rib King NYC curated by NYC BBQ is a special feature of this year's PicNYC. Expect 10 chefs cooking their best racks of ribs with samples, a people’s choice award and expert judges doling out prizes.
A Vegetarian Feast including dishes from Trevor Kunk of The Little Beet and vegetables from Snug Harbor Heritage Farms.

VIP Pitmasters' Breakfast ($85 + fee) include an all-inclusive ticket with early entry at 11:00 AM to meet the chefs and makers and sample the first bites of the day plus an exclusive t-shirt.
VIP Tables ($1,250) include 8 all-inclusive VIP tickets with early entry, designated seating and exclusive t-shirts.
Early Bird Tickets ($45 + fee) include an all-inclusive food and drink ticket at a discounted price for 12:00 PM general admission, discounted price only available through May 1.
General Admission ($55 + fee) include an all-inclusive food and drink ticket for 12:00 PM admission.
Kids 12 and under free with ticketed parent or guardian
