Tickets:

VIP Session: ($85 + fee) includes early admission at 5:00 PM for an extra hour of tasting including rare New York state ciders, a guided aged country ham tasting with Pig Perfect author Peter Kaminsky, welcome drinks, select cheeses and first bites. Featuring a custom, 24-month aged, traditional country ham by Dakota Hams in Nancy, Kentucky sliced by Master Ham NYC plus an heirloom apple education from Original Sin.

General Admission: ($55 + fee) all-inclusive food and drink tasting tickets with 6:00 PM entry
