Join Elizabeth and discover how to create delicious, everyday bakes using vegetables and fruit as natural substitutes.In this workshop, we’ll make a selection of family favourites such as muffins, loaf cakes and cookies, using ingredients like courgette, squash and banana to bring moisture, flavour and texture—without relying on heavily processed ingredients.This is a great way to explore healthier baking, reduce food waste, and even sneak more veg into recipes for little ones (and adults!).Simple, practical and full of flavour—proving that baking can be both nourishing and delicious.
