Foolhardy Home-Ed Circus Camp 2025

Welcome to the Circus Camp 2025 booking page!  Here's some important info - PLEASE READ THIS FULLY BEFORE BOOKING:

* Everybody attending will need a ticket!  Please purchase either a workshop ticket or a general attendance ticket or every person in your group.

* Your booking must include at least one 6-9s or 10-18s workshop ticket (unless all the children coming with you are under 6).  The camp is aimed at families with children who want to learn circus skills, so sorry, we can't accommodate all-adult parties or have a large number of children aged 6-17 on site who aren't participating in the workshops.  The occasional non-participating sibling is welcome, and of course we have the mini circus area and more for under 6s, but otherwise all children should have workshop tickets.

* If workshop tickets for the age group(s) you need are sold out, please contact Vicki first via the 'contact the event organiser' links or via our website.  We will advise the best way to proceed.  We have a waiting list and work hard to accommodate as many families on the list as we possibly can.  Please do not purchase £40 general entry tickets for your children, or book them into workshops for another age group without first checking with us.  We won’t be able to accommodate you if you’ve booked the wrong kind of tickets so we may have to cancel your booking and refund you, minus a £5 admin fee.  Also, if you book the wrong type and have to make an additional booking you'll incur the booking fee a second time.

*18+ workshop tickets (£100) are for adults who want circus skills tuition for themselves.  If you simply want to accompany your children to workshops, please order the £40 general entry ticket instead.  Please don't book the 18+ workshop if you're the sole carer at camp of children under 10, as you will be needed to accompany/supervise those children in their own workshops at the same time.

*Cancellations - in the event that you need to cancel after purchasing your tickets, please be aware that tickets are refundable ONLY IF we are able to re-allocate your places. We will do our best to do so, but this may not be possible for late cancellations. An admin fee of £5 will be deducted from any refund.

ABOUT OUR CAMP:

Foolhardy Home-Ed Circus Camp is a home-educators' family circus camp, near East Dereham in Norfolk, for around 100 families - now in its 11th year. We (Sarah & Cosmo from The Foolhardies) home educate our youngest son, so we like to put this event on to bring together more people to meet and play circus with us!

It is a relaxed, safe, fun-filled week with dedicated circus skills training workshops, culminating in performances on the last day to show off what you’ve learnt. No previous circus experience is needed, just the desire to have a go!

There are many other circus related activities on offer throughout the week including art & crafts, circus cinema, games and more, as well as evening entertainment including circus shows, a talent show, cabaret, disco with fancy dress, storytelling and campfire, plus a circus skills fire display too.
