Creative Life with Foolproof Creative Arts

Join Foolproof Creative Arts for an afternoon of creativity and fun. Whether you're a poet, an artist, a musician or a storyteller, and whatever age you are, you are made to be creative! In this interactive workshop we'll be trying out some creative pursuits together with an opportunity to share your work. During the afternoon you'll have the opportunity to try your hand at circus skills, creating a large piece of public art or writing a piece of spoken word poetry. 

Foolproof Creative Arts (https://foolproofcreativearts.com) has been working with performers and artists in Scotland since 2009. We've supported emerging performers through residential events run in partnership with SU Scotland, through our gap year placement scheme and by connecting with churches and communities across Scotland. Foolproof's Creative Director, Fiona Stewart, is a poet and performer whose work has been featured on BBC Scotland and in commissioned pieces. For this afternoon we'll be joined by Bruce Lockhart of SU Scotland and Adrienne Ferguson, a drama specialist and writer.
