2025 Choir Showcase registration Vendor Booth

On behalf of Gerald and Tia Footman, the entire Choir Showcase Team and the Footman‐Brewer Enterprises Staff, we welcome you as a vendor to our 17th Anniversary Celebration of the 2025 Choir Showcase (CS). For the past eighteen years.

Joining in our celebration of gospel music will be none other than national recording artists Todd Dulaney. This gospel artist will share the stage with 9 Choir Showcase Best of the Best, who are representing their perspective churches.

Vendors will have an opportunity to promote and display your company products and services to thousands of pastors, lay persons, faith‐based business owners, choir members and concertgoers at the Choir Showcase Finale Concert Sunday, May 11th at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. A tentative rundown of the evening’s events is included in this information.

Vendor Set‐Up: 3:00p to 4:15pm - N. Charleston Performing Arts Center Lobby North Charleston, SC (5001 Coliseum Drive, North Charleston, SC 29418)
All Vendors Must Be Complete with Set‐Up in the Lobby by 4:15pm

18th Annual Choir Showcase Event begins at 6:30p VIP Post‐Reception (for choir finalists, sponsors and other invited guests ONLY): 8:30 PM to 9:30p, N. Charleston Performing Arts Center Lobby

Vendor Break‐Down: 9:00pm All vendors are encouraged to remain your products until the end of the event.
