Forbidden Voices Of WW2: Banned But Not Forgotten Classical Music Concert

Sun 21 Jun 2026 17:00 - 19:45 City of London School, EC4V 3AL

Incredible music banned in history and bought back to life for one night only!

Join us for a first-of-its-kind guided live concert reviving music once silenced by the Nazis and celebrating its lasting influence on the music we know today.

An extraordinary evening of music and remembrance, built around composers whose voices were banned, suppressed, persecuted or silenced under the Nazi regime. The programme traces a powerful journey through Beauty, Sorrow, and Legacy, bringing together exceptional works and the stories behind them in a way that is both artistically moving and historically important.

Performed live by world class musicians. Featuring works by Felix Mendelssohn, Max Bruch, Gideon Klein, Gustav Mahler and Erich Wolfgang Korngold.
