"I loved the way Danielle held the Forest Bathing session. Her introduction was simple and clear. She guided the practices with warmth, simplicity and spaciousness. This really helped us to drop into wordlessness, to rest in sensation and in silence. I really enjoyed the foraged tea too!"
Forest bathing is a powerful practice to slow down, get back into our bodies, into the present and connecting to the natural world. We'll practice a range of different sensory exercises and nature connection practices to help wake up the senses and develop them, every session is different! This session will be held in the gorgeous inbetween natural regen woodland of the Findhorn dunes, where we will be held by both the young trees and the sea.
Shinrin Yoku or Forest Bathing originated in Japan as a wellness practice to tend to a nation that was experiencing a physical and mental health crisis. The discovery: it works! The science that emerged from its inception has birthed the area of 'forest medicine'. Today many people across the globe are choosing to slow down and experience the vast benefits of nature connection of which Forest bathing is an important practice. You'll leave refreshed, inspired, and with your own hacks to practice in your own nature time.
This session will be held in the gorgeous inbetween natural regen woodland of the Findhorn dunes, where we will be held by both the young trees and the sea. A woodland tea is included.
