Childminder Autumn Stay & Play

This session is for childminders and their mindees. 

Join us to explore all the amazing autumn treasures, make natural crafts, cook up a feast in the mud kitchen, enjoy autumnal stories, get creatove in our small world play area, play on the swing and hammocks. 

We will have a fire where your child will have the opportunity to toast a snack over the fire. Usually our snacks are chocolate bread or marshmallows (over 3 years only). Dietary requirements are always met, please let us know when booking if your child has any specific dietary requirements. 

After the session you are welcome to stay and play on the parks and use the picnic areas. We ask that you leave the site by 11.45am.

Please dress yourself and your child appropriately for the weather on the day and the outdoor forest environment. We recommend long sleeve tops and trousers to prevent scratches, stings and bites and full waterproofs on rainy days.

Please meet at the car park at 9.30am prompt. To access the car park, please drive up the main drive, continue as far as you can go and this will lead you to the car park. Do not turn off at any point on the drive, continue all the way to the top and the rangers will meet you at the car park. It is extremely important that you do not drive up the drive before 9.20am in the morning as the drive will not be accessible. 

All events are non-refundable and non-transferable and our sessions go ahead in all weathers except high winds. Refunds will only be given if events are cancelled by Forest Explorers. Please do not ask for a refund or to transfer your ticket to another event.
