Group Dance Application

Employees of Forest Holme Hospice & Hospice at Home - Join our spectacular group dance performance!

Applications close on 30th September.
We’ll let you know if your application has been successful by Wednesday 1st October.

Please note: Due to the large number of participants taking part in the group dance, dancers will be required to provide their own costume and shoes.

If your application is successful, a participation fee of £25.00 will be payable to secure your place in the group dance.

Rehearsal Dates (don't worry if you can't make them all) 

• 9th December: 6:30pm – 9:00pm
• 5th January: 7:45pm – 9:00pm
• 12th January: 6:30pm – 9:00pm
• 21st January: 8:00pm – 9:00pm
