Summer Camps, 28th to 30th July, 2026

Welcome to Summer Camps with Forest School Ireland!

We have multiple activities on offer each day, these can include: fire lighting techniques, make-and-create areas with tools (observed by a leader), relaxing areas, hammocks, nature crafts (inks and dyes, clay crafts, willow crafts), charcoal making, wooden crafts, slippery slopes to slide down, mud and clay play, wildlife tracking. We also play games and develop our nature awareness skills.

Our sessions have a familiar daily routine and the activities on offer are varied and are chosen by the child. The ethos that underpins our work is that of child-led play and personal development so learning happens holistically for each child.

 Age: Suitable for children age 5 to 10 years. 

Times: 10am to 3pm each day.

Summer Camp dates (3-day blocks):

July - Block 1: 6th - 8th (Mon-Wed). Block 2: 22nd - 24th (Wed-Fri). Block 3: 28th - 30th (Tue-Thu).

August - Block 1: 5th - 7th (Wed-Fri). Block 2: 11th - 13th (Tue-Thu). Block 3: 17th - 19th (Mon-Wed).

Cost: €135 per child + booking fee.

All our camps are run by highly experienced Forest School Leaders and volunteers, our Leaders and assistants are Garda Vetted and there will always be a current Outdoor First Aider on site. We go out in all weathers except high winds, in which case we will move location to a safer setting.
