Radical Relating: How to Keep Love Alive in the Modern World
With Fio Gede Parma & Ravyn Stanfield

Everything sings to everything. Relationships are everywhere, inside of everything, they are the nodes of our connective reality, they are the convergences, crossroads, and core hinges in life. And sometimes nothing can be more challenging or painful than problems in our closest relationships. We can expand our view beyond the nuclear family, and interrogate traditional beliefs about marriage, divorce, and other models that leave many of us isolated, alone and feeling we are failing at relationships. We need a radical analysis of the Western overculture that often prioritises predicated forms of relationship that are insidiously based on patriarchal, capitalist, and white supremacist terms. What are the lifegiving, expansive, revolutionary archetypes of love that science and spirituality are opening for us? How can we release the idea of relationship failure and open into other possibilities?

In this series of salons Fio and Ravyn explore relating and the practical, sacred skills of relationship. We will explore attachment theory, with its lessons and limitations. We will dish about when to set a boundary and when to put in the hard work of changing our expectations or even our own behavior. We will investigate red flags, green flags, amber flags, and rainbow flags!

Join us as we dive into attraction, limerence, presence, listening, conflict, peace, boundaries, accountability, nuance, conscious uncoupling, repair, and reciprocity.
