FORK Summer Supper

An evening around a shared table, good food, new faces and, most likely, a few drinks too many.

This edition of the FORK Summer Supper is an ode to my four months in France — inspired by the places, flavours and memories I’ve collected along the way. The menu will be a four-course, non-vegetarian dinner inspired by Mexican and French cuisine (fish & meat) , created and prepared by Maya Jolina.

We’ll gather at Chelsea’s beautiful studio and kitchen — a creative space where my friend, and fellow chef, creates her own beautiful food. For one evening, the kitchen will become the setting for a long, shared dinner with great food, drinks and the kind of conversations that happen when people come together around a table.

The supper is open to 15-25 friends, friends of friends and food lovers who are excited to meet new people and share an evening with a room full of strangers who might not be strangers by the end of the night.

Doors open from 6:30 PM
Please arrive by 7:30 PM at the latest so everyone can settle in before dinner is served at 8:00 PM.

With alcoholic drink sponsors joining us, you’re very welcome to enjoy a drink — or a few — and let the evening slowly turn into a tipsy one.

Expect a beautifully curated four-course menu, quality ingredients, a shared table, new connections, good music and a night that ends feeling well-fed, slightly tipsy and hopefully already looking forward to the next one.

Menu details and the full schedule will be shared approximately two weeks before the event.

Come for the food. Stay for the people. Leave with a full stomach and hopefully a few new friends.
