My Hypnobirthing courses are a *complete* birth preparation package that help and your birth partner you to feel calm, confident, empowered and positive about the birth of your baby. It provides you with the practical tools to enjoy a brilliant birth experience, and also teaches your birth partner to support you brilliantly throughout your labour and birth so you become a real birthing 'dream-team'! All my hypnobirthing teaching is based in evidence and science. You can think of it a bit like having a 'sports psychologist' that top athletes have, but for your labour and birth.

~ I'll explain the biomechanics of birth, and how you can help position your baby for birth during your pregnancy. As well as Active Birth techniques too, which are important for comfort in birth. It is so very important to fully understand and be prepared BOTH mentally and physically - which is what I offer you on my unique course.

My unique Hypnobirthing  & Birth Preparation Course is all about having the knowledge, the confidence and a brilliant toolkit of techniques to have the best possible birth for you and your baby on the day.

In my course you will learn so so much. I am not only a hypnobirthing & antenatal teacher, but also a pregnancy yoga teacher, a Doula, a Birth Coach and a certified Biomechanics For Birth practitioner too. I have taught hundreds of pregnant parents-to-be over many years - you are in very experienced hands! 

And I include lots of brilliant extras in my unique courses (worth over £195 in themselves!) , include massage and acupressure techniques to boost your body's endorphins and oxytocin, deep yoga relaxation techniques, active birth positions, aromatherapy for childbirth, how you can help to position your baby during pregnancy, some fab pregnancy yoga techniques, and the use of visualisation, affirmations and pregnancy yoga nidra (a gorgeous deep relaxation), a unique set of techniques should your baby be breech or your need or choose a caesarean birth, and free TENS machine hire too.

I also show you how your partner can become your ultimate birth support, and give you all the encouragement and support you need no matter what happens on the day.

It's a just brilliant way to prepare for the birth of your baby, and covers a complete antenatal education - so no other course are necessary. And you meet other local pregnant couples that can be a brilliant support network during pregnancy and also once baby is born (hugely important).

* Please note: We will hold this course LIVE via Zoom if social distancing measures for pregnant women due to covid-19 are in place at the time of the course (in which case you'll get the course pack sent to you in advance of the course). Your place will automatically transfer to Zoom, no refunds can be made.
