REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable. Ticket transfers are possible through the official process below.

Please send an email to contact@forrocomdende.com including:

• the original order ID,
• the full name and email address of the new attendee,
• and CC the new ticket holder in the email.

The deadline for ticket transfers is Tuesday, 15.09.2026. Requests submitted after this deadline cannot be processed.
