Teacher Training Day Level 1

We are excited to announce our level 1 introduction to teaching forró, reaching out to anyone interested in gaining the skills and techniques we have developed through over 12 years of teaching at Forró Family!

The course is ideal for forró students wanting to work towards joining our teaching team in London or Brighton and/or anyone interested to teach forró in their own way too. The course includes theory, discussion and practice time, as well as some nice dancing breaks, snacks and refreshments!

Level 1 will cover everything you need to know and practice, in order to teach beginners classes at Forró Family!

Please note: This course is a requirement for all our level 1 teachers, though completing the course does not guarantee teaching hours as part of Forró Family.

Prerequisites:
- At least 1-2 years experience dancing forró
- Experience both leading AND following in the dance
- Basic English language (as the course will be held in English)
- Experience in teaching or group leadership, preferable
