This session will be led by Paul Duckworth
Paul is an international commercial leader with 30+ years of experience across FMCG, technology, and software sectors. Having worked in over 35 countries and held senior leadership roles at Mars and other global businesses, he specialises in cross-cultural business engagement, strategic partnerships, and international negotiations. Paul is currently researching new approaches to virtual and cross-cultural negotiation, with a particular focus on empowering female negotiators.
