An intimate dining experience at FOUR. – a purpose-built 20-seat restaurant within chef Aaron Dalton’s own home.

Aaron’s food is defined by a fire-driven, omakase-style approach: seasonal ingredients, bold flavours, and dishes created to surprise and delight in equal measure. Each menu is unique to the night, reflecting both the produce and Aaron’s instinctive creativity.

The setting makes FOUR. unlike anywhere else. With just 20 seats, guests dine in a warm and welcoming space, more like joining a dinner party at a friend’s home than visiting a conventional restaurant.

A carefully curated paired drinks menu is available to preorder for an additional £70 per guest.

In keeping with our usual policy, you are also welcome to bring your own bottles, with no corkage charged.
