An intimate, 21-seat dining experience set within chef Aaron Dalton’s home in Worthing.

A fire-driven, omakase-style tasting menu, built around seasonal ingredients and bold, expressive cooking. Each menu is unique to the night, shaped by the best available produce and Aaron’s instinct in the kitchen.

Seating Options

Dining Room - £130
Shared tables of eight in a relaxed, social setting. Groups are always seated together, with the atmosphere of a modern supper club.

At the Pass - £150
Front-row seats at the kitchen counter. Watch each dish come together and speak directly with Aaron and the team throughout the evening. The most immersive way to experience FOUR.

Drinks

A curated wine list is available, developed with South Downs Cellars to complement the menu.

Wine pairing: £70
A progression of wines served alongside the tasting menu.
