We're turning Ravenscraig Stadium's legacy into a vibrant day of 10-minute matches, music, fundraising, and an after-party hosted by Baller FC—all to support CoppaFeel! and normalise regular chest checking.

The 4-4-2 Rule: On the 4th of each month, use 4 fingers to check the 2 parts of your chest.
